Amazing location, unfortunately at this time of the year (mid September) at 19:00 the vineyards were in the shadow already. Still beautiful.
So a couple of things went wrong in the service, flat water into sparkling glass, not replaced, small wine spilling and then not cleaned from the table, dusty glasses after requesting a different set of glasses, but nothing major, just not perfect at all.
The food all 4 of us agreed on, was 80/20. 80% fantastic, such as the bread, the olive oil, the first view dishes etc. The pigeon was a bit weird and the beef tataki was not as tender as hope for.
Wine suggestion and selection was great.
A splendid dining experience among the vineyards of Burgundy. Choose between 4/5/6 course tasting menu. Vegetarian options were made available on request. Utmost care was taken to prepare and present every dish. Impeccable service too. Get the chef's table for an inside look into the kitchen.
As always, an excellent experience. Wonderful view on the vineyards of the Corton hill. Fantastic food with excellent local base products and yet for every preparation that subtle Japanese influence. And not to forget: an impressive wine list!
Certainly! One of my favorite one star restaurant. It located in a middle of vineyard, where you can enjoy your meal with a beautiful scenery. The dishes are pretty innovative, you can feel some Oriental combination there. The service was also great, very attentive and friendly waitresses. Overall, we would comeback again for the meal and also cooking course!
one of the best meals I have had. Look this is not what one might expect in Burgundy but do not shy away from this place. It has been here for circa 17 years and for good reason. Fair and reasonable wine list and an ala cart menu to die for even though you may feel like you are taking a leap of faith. go for it!
In a beautiful setting, an exquisitely prepared menu paying as much attention to visual as taste appear, with delicious wines from vines one could see out the window. Complete attention to my need to eat gluten free (it is important to let the restaurant know this in advance), bread included.

Second time here and food was really good although the presentation were more exciting last time (1 1/2 year ago). Friendly service but could be a bit more attentive filling up water etc.
Asked the day before for a taxi home. Staff called the taxi right when we finished dessert without informing us and he came shortly after that. We had a coffee/whiskey as well and then they said that the taxi was waiting. Starting price was therefore 35€ because he had been waiting. Would have preferred if they called the taxi after we were done with everything to avoid the additional 35€ (which is what the taxi ride in itself costs).
